1. Introduction

Welcome to Bhadohi Taekwondo Association ("we," "us," "our," or the "Association"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and training programs. By accessing our website, registering for classes, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Training & Membership

2.1 Age and Eligibility

  • Training is available for children, teens, and adults.
  • Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent and supervision.
  • The Association reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual who does not meet safety or conduct requirements.

2.2 Medical Clearance

Participants must be in good physical and mental health. We recommend obtaining medical clearance before beginning training. The Association is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions that may be aggravated by training.

2.3 Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are outlined at the time of registration.
  • Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • Membership is non-refundable once started, except in cases of medical reasons (with proper documentation).
  • Late fees may be applied if payment is not received on the due date.

3. Training Safety & Conduct

3.1 Safety Rules

  • All participants must follow safety instructions provided by instructors.
  • Proper attire and protective gear must be worn during training.
  • Participants must inform instructors of any injuries or health concerns before training.
  • The Association is not responsible for injuries sustained during training, even if caused by negligence.

3.2 Code of Conduct

  • Participants must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination.
  • Participants must arrive on time and maintain regular attendance.
  • Use of abusive language, violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from training.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and training materials, are the property of Bhadohi Taekwondo Association or its content suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or training programs. Participation in Taekwondo training involves inherent risks, and participants assume all such risks.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By enrolling in our programs, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with Taekwondo training, including but not limited to physical injury, death, or property damage. Participants waive any claims against the Association, its instructors, staff, and facilities for injuries or damages sustained during training.

7. Photography & Video Recording

The Association may capture photographs and videos during training sessions and events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials and website unless you provide written objection.

8. Cancellation & Termination

8.1 Cancellation by Participant

  • Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Early cancellation may incur penalties as per the membership agreement.

8.2 Termination by Association

The Association reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violation of conduct rules, non-payment of fees, or any behavior that endangers the safety of other participants.

9. Modification of Terms

The Association reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
